Aspira are seeking an experienced (5+ years) Dutch-speaking sales professional who is able to identify and engage potential clients across all our service offerings – Project Resourcing, Advisory, Training & Technology Services.

First and foremost, we seek someone who knows the demanding IT professional staffing & services industry, so will understand how to take requirements in this area and the importance of speed to market. Aspira, as a consulting business, place the highest regard in quality, customer focus and candidate care. Here we place quality over quantity, aiming to take the risk out of the hands of the customer in delivering them the best expert/solution for the challenge at hand. The successful candidate will have the support of our dedicated resourcing team whose primary objective is to attract top talent to fill our customer’s needs.

We seek a confident, professional individual who genuinely wants to succeed. We don’t work in silos so you will have the freedom to target any industry and shape your own working day. As well as your home office, you can work from our locations in Amsterdam or The Hague.
With an uncapped, transparent, commission structure, this role would suit someone who wants to branch out of agency recruitment to have more variety, autonomy and to shape their own business.

Responsibilities:

  • Set out a Go To Market Plan for Aspira in the Netherlands.

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients for new business engagements.

  • Build strong relationships (partnerships) with current customers to gain repeat business.

  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction as a number 1 priority incl. frequent customer communication, visits and feedback loops.

  • Develop and negotiate customer opportunity proposals, SOWs, and contracts.

  • Implement product sales initiatives to advance the Aspira portfolio of service offerings and provision of leading-edge solutions to our customers.

  • Support the whole financial cycle including time-sheeting, invoicing, etc.

  • Ensure a thriving customer network through networking, referrals, and membership of bodies and communities

  • Report status internally and externally in compliance with Aspira & Customer modes of working.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales.

  • Experience in the Recruitment Industry is essential.

  • Ambitious – results-driven.

  • Self-starter & self-sufficient. Ability to dives Sales end-to-end (alone if required).

  • Third level education.

  • Applicable IT/Recruitment training/certifications.

  • Exposure to IT current and future.

  • Experience with updating CRM systems for forecasting and reporting.

  • Strong commercial, analytical, and project coordination skills.

  • A willingness to learn and flexibility to move with an ever-changing industry.

  • Credible and professional talking to middle management to board-level executives.

  • Good leadership and motivational skills.

  • Experience in modeling and graphic representations.

  • Fluent in English & Dutch – verbal and written.
