We offer two different models, namely Managed Service: Resourcing and Managed Service: Professional Services
With both models, we assign our staff members, whether software developers, testers, business analysts or project managers to work on our client projects. As a company with a rich heritage of delivering technology projects, we retain our staff to move from project to project, allowing us to offer flexible access to individual staff, long-term or short-term, flexibly as needed. When clients need additional resources, we use our internal subject matter experts and understanding of the project requirements to select the right individuals whom we then hire into Aspira to help deliver the project.
Offering two Managed Service Delivery Options lets our clients decide how much control they wish to have – they can assign the tasks or they can handover to Aspira to assign and manage the tasks. Two options, one outcome – technology projects delivered.
Our Managed Service: Resourcing identifies, selects, provisions, and manages the business, project, and technical IT resources to enable client project delivery. The service is provided using our technical expertise complimented with our expert resourcing capability to find the right resource for a client, then when placed our account management and team management functions ensures consistent performance to client needs.
The process starts with gaining a clear understanding of the role requirements. Candidates are then sourced from our own in-house expertise and matched to the requirement. Where in-house expertise is not available, our defined external search process is initiated with our resourcing team. Candidates are sourced, pre-screened with technical tests, and then sent for internal Subject Matter Expert interviews. Successful candidates are then submitted to the client for an interview. Once placed, Account and Team Management then execute defined processes for ongoing performance and resource management.
With our Managed Service: Professional Services, Aspira takes responsibility for the delivery of the project, subject to agreement and signoff on specific deliverables with the client. We assign projects and where needed technical leads to manage the complete project process, owning project product delivery as well as project resourcing, all delivered in partnership with the client. Aspira’s engagement methodology is used to define the scope of requirements and associated deliverables and skills needs. This is agreed upon with the client, the project team is established, and work commences. The project leads resource the team with appropriate skills using our Managed Service: Resourcing service and engage with the client stakeholders to manage delivery to expectations. |
