Project Administrator – PMO
Aspira are currently seeking a Junior Project Administrator to work within the Project Management Office (PMO) for one of our leading clients in Cork.
Experience and Responsibilities
- Experience with general administration tasks as required.
- Some experience required of tracking budgets and expenditure.
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
- Experience of keeping shared documents and folders up to date in a document management system (eg: SharePoint).
- Be the responsible Librarian for project artifacts (important documents).
The ideal candidate would have worked as part of the PMO before or be looking to expand their experience in the PMO.
This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months – with a likely extension.
