At Aspira we have implemented a complete service model that operates to ITIL standards for service delivery, that also takes into account the challenges in tracking and managing application customisations.  

Our service model is based on not just managing software we have developed, but also taking over software solutions developed by others, bringing them to a common standard, then providing the ongoing application management services to a defined service catalogue with an agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).,
