Jim Blair, Aspira Director of Software Development, is an IT expert and a master trainer in Agile specialising in Professional Scrum Master training. Jim is an agile evangelist and has run many software projects using the agile methodology across a broad range of industries, including IT, pharmaceutical and med-tech sectors. Jim is an experienced manager of software development for over 30 years. He is experienced in a variety of development methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and variations thereof.

He helps companies integrate development and project management frameworks which aids them in improving their abilities to deliver value to their customers.

He is an experienced Mobility architect with vast experience in the transportation and healthcare mobile solutions space. Here, Jim was responsible for defining the hardware platforms, OS platforms and application frameworks that supported the application/solution requirements and ensuring the evolved architecture was something that delivered a world-class user solution and could be built upon for expanded requirements.

Today he manages a large group of software development professionals doing full-stack web applications based on Linux and Microsoft infrastructure. He supports the applications approach with a wealth of database architecture and implementation expertise.
