Russell Moore

Russell Moore is Head of Resourcing Advisory at Aspira, a technology & project consulting company. Russell has been working in IT & Project Resourcing since 1993, and is responsible for European Sales & Account management of this Aspira offering. Russell joined Aspira in 2014, having worked in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and competitor companies in Ireland previously. Russell is familiar with both private & public sector clients, and has a successful track record in winning significant new client projects through both direct sales and the tendering process. Russell also comes from an HR background and has managed multiple sales and recruitment teams right across Europe. He has a BA Dual Honours in French & German and lists sports, literature and in particular football management in his hobbies, having retired from playing.

Rachael Milne

Rachael Milne

Rachael is a results-focused senior recruiter committed to client service and creative recruitment strategies, who has a proven track record in identifying and closing top industry talent.

Rachael has been working in recruitment since 1995, she spent a number of years working as an entrepreneur in Spain, Australia and the UK. Her roles spanned across Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance. As a result, Rachael has a complete end-to-end understanding of business, the importance of good, clear and timely communication, the ability to extract and understand the key requirements of a variety of stakeholders and the importance of having skilled, reliable and motivated staff.

She joined Aspira in Oct 2018 and has successfully secured a number of new key contracts for Aspira. Rachael has been instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements to our recruiting processes by designing a new in-house recruitment and screening process for clients, which leverages the knowledge of internal SME’s, this results in the early identification of quality applicants, reduces the heavy dependency on the hiring manager and reduces the overall duration for screening to applicant acceptance.
