Digital Marketing Technical Executive



Aspira are currently seeking Digital Marketing Technical Executive to work in Dublin West.



Co-ordinate development of multi-lingual Digital Marketing technical developments with support from external digital development agencies and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with our creative team (marketing content and graphics experts) to deliver in a “loose” agile working environment. Take the lead in co-ordinating and project managing technical projects assigned to you in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Responsible and accountable for providing accurate estimates within an agile framework that enable you to deliver measurably effective projects on-time and on-budget.

This requires experience in, or an aptitute to learn, the following skilsets and digital tools:

Services Development 

  • Design and delivery of effective digital prospect (customer) journeys
  • Basic development server administration (e.g. users, permissions and configuration)
  • Front and back-end web application development background (Angular JS experience is a plus)
  • Database (SQL) / API integration co-ordination (SalesForce API integration experience is a plus)
  • Work with brand compliant front-end design component libraries (“NDBX”)
  • Co-ordinate procurement of translations and UAT
  • Address problems from PEN test results
  • Prevent, identify and co-ordinate fixing of bugs
  • Measure and report against business objective


  • Adobe Marketing Suite use and administration (Experience Manager, Launch, Analytics, Target and Audience Manager)
  • Google Analytics implementation and advanced reporting (regular expression experience a plus)
  • Google Data studio dashboards experience is a plus
  • Google Tag Manager implementation and management
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office
  • Other digital marketing tools and services use and administration (e.g. users, permissions and configuration)
  • Research, identify, evaluate, propose, on-board and maintain new technologies designed to deliver ambitious sales targets (generate quality leads for our sales teams


  • Address SEO technical audit requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and ability to develop solutions that are technically SEO friendly (preserve and enhance our exceptional global SEO profile)
  • Support development of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) projects (A/B testing etc.)

*Degree in Computer Science(or equivalent) and software development background are mandatory requirements.
