CRM Business Analyst



Aspira are currently seeking a CRM Business Analyst for a Dublin role.




  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in a software development environment
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile software environment and working with JIRA
  • Effective Problem Solving skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Effective Stakeholder management skills
  • As Is – To Be Process mapping
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft software products including Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Portals expereince is mandatory
  • Technical Documentation including Functional Requirements
  • Specifications, process maps and standard operating procedures
  • Experience with coordinating software release management activities


  • Knowledge of Information Security standards and best practice
  • Understanding of GDPR and experience working with ICT systems

  • Knowledge of the community/voluntary/public sector
  • Funding Management / Grant Management experience
  • Project Management
  • People Management
