Overview:
This training course, delivered by an expert consultant, explores the complexities of working globally with stakeholders from different business cultures. We share some industry frameworks to understand the relative differences between cultures, in a manner which allows the participant to become self-aware of their own biases and sensitive to how to interpret others’ behaviours, to maximise the value of the organisation.
This ½ day course improves the communication between globally-distributed teams, and improves the effectiveness of the team. It reduces communication anxiety and fear of misinterpretation, generating confidence amongst participants that they can collaborate and problem solve in a manner that maintains the relationship as well as achieving the task.
