In 2014, 2015 & 2016 Aspira made the Deloitte Fast Fifty list of fastest-growing technology companies in Ireland. Aspira have provided consultancy services across a wide range of organisations and have a track record of flexibility and deep technical expertise, our clients include; J&J, Musgraves, Laya Healthcare, EirGrid, AIB and Stryker.

By combining a streamlined process with novel use of project management tools, we are able to generate 3 months of progress on a project within 2 weeks duration. Aspira has achieved that degree of acceleration consistently, across different industries and across projects of different size. The process centers around approx. 2 days of direct engagement with stakeholders. There will be a couple of hours with the Project Sponsor, a day with the Project Manager and then a day-long workshop which requires the project team and relevant stakeholders. The workshop is focused on building out the full breath of the project scope.

The purpose of a PM Capability Assessment is to establish a baseline regarding an organisation’s PM Capability. This baseline will serve as a foundation for building up the capability and project management maturity in the organisation. Aspira are experienced assessors of the effectiveness and efficiency of an organisation’s current Project Management framework, methodology, skills and capability. The output of the assessment sets a baseline upon which an organisation can improve to bring their Project Management capability to the required level.

Aspira’s Project Scheduling process develops and builds a project schedule using a workshop approach. Workshop attendees are key Project Team members, Project Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

Outputs from the workshop include a baselined Project Schedule including an identified Critical Path, detailed Project Resource requirements, Risk and Issue registers and a Key Milestone tracker.

Aspira are experts in implementing new, and re-energising existing, Programme Management Offices (PMOs).  We will identify areas for improvement to an organisation’s current Project/Programme Management Office and oversee the delivery of a roadmap of improvement, ensuring ‘quick wins’ are identified and implemented early on. Our consultants are certified project managers with extensive experience in project management and the setup and running of PMOs.

With deep expertise in the area of project Risk Management, Aspira employ an industry-leading methodology to assess and audit project risk.  This exercise is more than a lessons-learned – it is an in-flight assessment designed to offer real-time feedback in a manner that can be used to improve the project and increase the likelihood of success.  A review of both risk management processes and practices is based on standard methodologies, focusing on risk identification, analysis, risk response planning and the level of monitoring and control that is applied to this crucial area.

Aspira has developed a proven 5-step Project Health Check process for reviewing projects of varying size and complexity. This process provides an organisation with an objective, and independent, view of how projects are being managed and the likelihood of their success. Our Project Auditors are certified Project Managers with extensive experience in project management, from the tailoring & implementation of project management methodologies to the auditing & governance of these processes within organisations.

Change control is the process through which all requests to change the baseline scope of a project, programme or portfolio are captured, evaluated and then approved, rejected or deferred. Aspira provides project Change Control as a service that can be offered as ongoing for the duration of the project and/or with suitable training and documentation can be handed over to the project team after a period of time.

Aspira will deploy an experience Business Analysis consultant to conduct business analysis planning and monitoring, enterprise analysis, requirement elicitation, solution assessment and validation and requirements analysis on a project.

This approach ensures that every project managed by Aspira has a detailed requirements specification clearly defining what is in scope for the project, automatically contributing to project success.
